2. Where We Ship

We primarily cater to and ship to our customers across the United States.

Please note: We currently do not offer delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or remote US territories. If a delivery address is deemed un-routable by our carriers, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address or issue a full refund.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

To keep our prices affordable and offer store-wide free shipping, our products are dispatched directly from our specialized international fulfillment hub in China.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for our warehouse team to pack, quality-check, and process your order before it hands over to the logistics network.

  • Estimated Delivery Window: Once shipped, your package will arrive within 5–11 business days.

Please factor in that total delivery time equals processing time + transit time. During peak retail periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or global holiday closures), minor courier delays can occasionally occur.

As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, we will send a shipping confirmation email straight to your inbox containing a secure tracking number.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Because your order ships directly from an international hub, packages pass through US Customs. For individual consumer orders, items under the standard US import threshold typically do not incur additional charges. However, please be aware that any import duties, customs fees, or local tax surcharges levied by the United States government upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Missing or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days from receiving your shipping confirmation email, please do not panic. We will immediately launch an investigation with the carrier to track down your package or arrange a replacement if it is deemed lost in transit.
